    Leadership

    Dave Buchanan | Founder and Chief Innovation Officer

    Dave has always had an interest in technology, networking, and operations. He started his journey in the Army leading a small satellite communications team honing his skills leading front line units in Bosnia, Kosovo, Macedonia, and Iraq.

    After his service, Dave transitioned into a project manager role designing and developing handsets and data devices for the Iridium satellite network.

    Dave then joined SiriusXM to lead the broadcast of radio and data services to over 20 million subscribers while integrating Sirius and XM into a single group.

    Dave was then recruited by AWS to lead data center construction and expansion in the Americas and Asia.

    Dave holds an MBA from the University of Virginia, a MS in Telecom from George Mason University, and a Bronze Star Medal.
